THIS SERVICE IS FOR INSURANCE CLIENTS ONLY. Medical Massage is for the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, muscle tension, and functional mobility limitations. Treatment focuses on medically necessary soft-tissue manipulation techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular techniques to reduce pain, improve circulation, decrease inflammation, and restore range of motion. Services are performed as part of a therapeutic care plan.
TMJ-focused therapeutic massage targets the muscles of mastication, including the masseter, temporalis, medial and lateral pterygoids, and associated cervical musculature. Treatment is performed to reduce muscle hypertonicity, improve jaw mobility, decrease pain, and address functional limitations related to temporomandibular joint dysfunction. Techniques included myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and intra-/extra-oral muscle work as clinically indicated.
THIS IS NOT A MASSAGE. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy to evaluate and improve the function of the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. This therapy uses light touch techniques to release restrictions in soft tissues, fascia, and joints, with the goal of improving nervous system function, reducing pain, and supporting the body's natural healing processes.
This manual therapy session is focused on treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and related cranial restrictions. Techniques included intraoral and extraoral TMJ massage, myofascial release of muscles of mastication, and craniosacral therapy to address cranial bone mobility, dural tension, and nervous system regulation. Treatment is aimed to reduce jaw pain, improve range of motion, decrease muscle tension, and support overall neuromusculoskeletal function.
Intuitive massage is a holistic bodywork experience guided by the needs of your body in the moment. The therapist uses trained touch, observation, and intuition to identify areas of tension, imbalance, or blockage and adjusts techniques accordingly. Swedish therapy which uses firm yet gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension, Myofascial Release to stretch and repair the connective tissue, and Neurofascial release to address the fascia/nervous system connection.
